Chocolate Delight

  1. Combine butter, flour and nuts.
  2. Mix well and press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (also sides).
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Chill until set.
  8. Combine 2 puddings together in bowl and add milk.
  9. (Mix 2 minutes on medium).
  10. Spread over set mixture.
  11. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top.
  12. Let set. Garnish with shaved Hershey bar and chopped nuts.
