Berry Vanilla Oatmeal

  1. A couple notes: you can use any dried fruit, preserves, or type of milk you want.
  2. Its a very versatile recipe.
  3. First, put water, oats, salt, and dried cranberries into a medium-sized sauce pan.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Next, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and preserves.
  6. Separate the oatmeal into 2 bowls and pour about 2 tablespoons of milk over each bowl.
