Berry Vanilla Oatmeal
- 1- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Raspberry Preserves
- 1/4 cups Almond Milk
- A couple notes: you can use any dried fruit, preserves, or type of milk you want.
- Its a very versatile recipe.
- First, put water, oats, salt, and dried cranberries into a medium-sized sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Next, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and preserves.
- Separate the oatmeal into 2 bowls and pour about 2 tablespoons of milk over each bowl.
