Cheryl's Chow Chow Recipe
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 lg. onion, sliced thick
- 2 bags frzn Seabrook Far Eastern vegetables
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (28 ounce.) can bean sprouts, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Franco American beef gravy
- 1 (5 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- In oiled large skillet, cook onion and grnd turkey, chopping into small pcs as it cooks.
- Place 1 bag of vegetables at a time on piece of paper towel and poke 2 air vents in bag.
- Cook in microwave on High for 10 min each.
- Add in pepper, bean sprouts, and soy sauce to skillet.
- Cook for 10 min.
- Add in cooked vegetables, gravy, and chow mein noodles.
- Cook for 10 min more.
- Serve with white rice.
