Cheryl's Chow Chow Recipe

  1. In oiled large skillet, cook onion and grnd turkey, chopping into small pcs as it cooks.
  2. Place 1 bag of vegetables at a time on piece of paper towel and poke 2 air vents in bag.
  3. Cook in microwave on High for 10 min each.
  4. Add in pepper, bean sprouts, and soy sauce to skillet.
  5. Cook for 10 min.
  6. Add in cooked vegetables, gravy, and chow mein noodles.
  7. Cook for 10 min more.
  8. Serve with white rice.
