Meatballs With Orzo and Italian Vegetables

  1. Bring broth to a boil in a large skillet.
  2. Add orzo and meatballs; return to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5-8 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and zucchini.
  5. Cook 6-10 minutes or until veggies and orzo are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
