Crispy Chicken
- 3 cup Crisp Rice Cereal, coarsely crushed
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
- In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings.
- Place butter in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.
- Place in a greased 11 in.
- X 7 in.
- X 2 in.
- baking pan.
- Drizzle with remaining butter.
- Bake, uncovered at 400F for 20 -25 minutes or until juices run clear.
