Chocolate Nut Cake

  1. Cream butter,
  2. Crisco and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat egg yolks, and
  4. add
  5. to
  6. creamed
  7. mixture.
  8. Sift
  9. drytngredients together. Add
  10. to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  11. Mix in vanilla and
  12. nuts.teat egg whites until stiff; fold into cake batter. Pour
  13. into a greased and floured tube pan.take at 300u0b0 for
  14. 30 minutes, then turn up oven to 325u0b0 and bake 1 hour or until cake tests done.
