Berry Crumble

  1. Coat a 9" square baking pan with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Cover with an ovenproof lid or aluminium foil.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until thick.
  6. Serve warm or cool.
  7. Add non or low fat yoghurt, if desired.
