Ham And Cheese Biscuits

  1. Combine ham, onion, cheese and dried parsley in bowl. In separate bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil.
  2. Add 2 cups buttermilk baking mix, blending well.
  3. Add ham mixture, stirring until mixed.
  4. Then add remaining 1 cup baking mix, stirring until blended.
  5. Turn dough out onto floured surface.
  6. Knead about 10 times or until dough holds together.
  7. Roll out dough, about 3/4-inch thick.
  8. Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
  9. Repeat until all dough is used.
  10. Place biscuits on greased baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
  11. Sprinkle with herbs.
  12. Bake in 425u0b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. Serve warm.
