apple stuffed pork chops
- 9 1 1/2 thick pork chops
- 1 large onion (I used Vidallia)
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 large apple cored and cut in wedges and then sliced in halve I used pink ladies
- 1 pints apple cider
- 1 stick butter cut into pats
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- on the pork chops cut opposite end of the fat side
- cut a small opening but cut bigger inside dont cut al the way through
- stuu with two pieces of apple
- add butter pat inside next to the apple
- stick the stuffed chops fat side down in pan turn on heat cover and let cook
- after the chops turn color add onions on top
- let cook for a bit till liquid is seen well add apple cider bring to boil let cooked covered for 10 minutes boiling
- in a pan add oil get hot add chops laying on side carmalize both sides reserve liquid of chops for corn and cauliflower recipe
