Beef and Pork Barbecue

  1. In 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except tomato paste and buns.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
  3. With slotted spoon, remove meat from slow cooker.
  4. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker and stir in tomato paste.
  5. Cover, cook on high for 5-10 min or until hot.
  6. To serve, spoon about 1/2 mixture into each bun.
