Soft & Delicious Karaage Chicken Tenders
- 4 pieces Chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp or more Sugar
- 2 tbsp or more Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp or more Plain flour
- Remove the sinews from the chicken tenders.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put all ingredients except for the flour into a plastic bag.
- Massage the bag well to rub in the seasoning (If you have time, let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes).
- Add the flour to the bag from Step 2.
- Mix to coat the entire chicken tender pieces evenly with flour.
- Deep-fry in vegetable oil and it's done!
