Italian Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Mix croutons, pesto sauce, and tomatoes.
  2. Stuff pork chops or pork roast.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 325F-350F for about 1 hour, or until brown.
  4. Cover tightly with foil, and continue baking until done.
