Chili Cheese Chicken
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 green chilli
- 25 grams cheese (i used mixed cheddar and mozzerella shredded cheese)
- 1 Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Butterfly the chicken breast and season both sides with salt and pepper
- On the cut side add slices of your chili and the cheese.
- Wrap it all up and put on a hot george foreman grill with the open side down.
- Close down the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with sides of your choice!
- I'm having mine with sauteed mushrooms!
