Chili Cheese Chicken

  1. Butterfly the chicken breast and season both sides with salt and pepper
  2. On the cut side add slices of your chili and the cheese.
  3. Wrap it all up and put on a hot george foreman grill with the open side down.
  4. Close down the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with sides of your choice!
  6. I'm having mine with sauteed mushrooms!
