Hot Dogs in Beer
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
- ale
- 1 lb. frankfurters
- Hot dog buns, warmed
- Sauerkraut, warmed
- In a deep 2-1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine beer and frankfurters.
- Heat, covered, in microwave oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve on hot buns with warmed sauerkraut.
