Pork With Plums

  1. Cut pork into strips.
  2. Heat the oil and fry pork with the onion, turning occasionally until lightly browned.
  3. Sprinkle with allspice and add the plums.
  4. Stir in chicken stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until plums are softened.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
