Feta Spread

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chili and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in garlic and remove from heat.
  4. Let cool for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the feta and the red peppers in a food processor and process until smooth.
  6. Add the chili-oil mixture and process until well combined.
  7. Scrape the spread into a bowl and serve.
