Peanut Butter Cookies No. 2

  1. In large bowl, combine sugars, margarine, peanut butter, egg and vanilla;

  4. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder,
  5. soda and salt; stir into peanut butter mixture, mixing until blended.
  6. Cover dough; refrigerate 3 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  8. Lightly

  11. large baking sheets.
  12. With hands, roll
  13. leveltablespoons
  14. of
  15. dough in 1 1/4 inch balls. Place
  16. balls
  17. 3
  18. inches
  19. apart
  20. on prepared baking sheets.tip tines

  23. into
  24. flour or sugar; flatten dough crisscross style.
  25. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until slightly brown.
  26. Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
