Black Bean and Mango Dip
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 cup mango salsa
- 14 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- Place beans and olive oil in food processor and pulse several times until beans are chunky.
- Add mango salsa and pulse until just blended.
- Remove dip to a serving bowl and stir in fresh cilantro before serving.
