Sicilian Pork Spaghetti

  1. Brown meat in oil on all sides.
  2. Remove.
  3. Cook garlic until yellow, not brown.
  4. Drain off oil.
  5. Replace pork & cover with water.
  6. Add tomato sauce & paste.
  7. Cook 1 hour.
  8. Add seasonings & cook another hour or until pork is done.Serve over noodles.
