Easy Tiramisu Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 Tbsp. brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled, divided Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1/2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely grated
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Beat 1-1/2 pkg.
- cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp.
- coffee in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Beat remaining cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Add remaining coffee, milk and cinnamon; mix well.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over cheesecake.
- Sprinkle with chocolate.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
