Southwestern Fish Fillets

• 1 lb. fish fillets King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
• 2 Tbsp. TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 pkt. OVEN FRY Fish Fry Seasoned Coating Mix for Fish
• 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa

1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Moisten fish fillets with water.
3. Shake off excess.
4. Add taco seasoning mix to the coating mix in shaker bag.
5. Shake 1 or 2 fish fillets at a time with coating mixture.
6. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
7. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
8. Bake 12 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
9. Serve with salsa.
