Choc Peanut Butter Topping Recipe

  1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
  2. Add in water, stirring till smooth.
  3. Gradually add in evaporated lowfat milk, stirring till well combined.
  4. Add in butter, vanilla and salt.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till butter is melted and mix comes to a boil.
  6. Stir in peanut butter till melted; remove from heat.
  7. Cold slightly.
  8. Serve hot over ice cream.
  9. Makes 2 c..
