Choc Peanut Butter Topping Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 c. water
- 5.33 ounce. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash salt
- 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
- Add in water, stirring till smooth.
- Gradually add in evaporated lowfat milk, stirring till well combined.
- Add in butter, vanilla and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till butter is melted and mix comes to a boil.
- Stir in peanut butter till melted; remove from heat.
- Cold slightly.
- Serve hot over ice cream.
- Makes 2 c..
