Easy Chicken Cacciatore
- 2 cups reduced fat cheese ravioli
- 12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup DI GIORNO Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups chopped frozen broccoli
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cups apricots, canned in water, drained
- 1-1/3 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Prepare ravioli as directed on package.
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- until cooked through.
- Add pepper; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in sauce.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Toss with ravioli.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Microwave broccoli in microwavable bowl on HIGH for 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender; drain.
- Add KRAFT 2% Milk Singles and onion powder.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Stir until broccoli is evenly coated.
- Enjoy 1/2 cup apricots topped with 1/3 cup frozen yogurt per serving for dessert.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water per person.
