Black Eyed Pea Salsa
- 15 ounces, weight Black Eyed Peas, Canned
- 15 ounces, weight Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1/2 whole Cucumber, Diced
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Diced
- 1/4 bunches Cilantro Fresh
- 2 whole Fresh Jalapenos, Washed And Diced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- Toss everything together and salt to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
