Tortellini With Rich Mushroom Cheese Sauce
- 8 ounces tortellini
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 23 of can milk (10.5 oz)
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (2 cups grated)
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 12 cup ham, 1/4inch thick slice of ham diced to equal 1/2 cup
- 14 cup white wine
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon savory
- 18 teaspoon white pepper
- heat soup and milk just to a boil and turn to medium heat.
- add cheeses and melt.
- stir in spices ham and wine.
- simmer covered while preparing pasta according to it's directions.
- ladle over pasta on individual plates.
- good with garlic bread!
