Bird White Wine Marinade (Especially For Pheasants) Recipe

• 3/4 quart Dry white wine to 4/5 qt
• 3/4 c. White-wine vinegar
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp Dry thyme
• 1 x Bay leaf
• 6 whl cloves
• 6 whl Allspice berries
• 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 x Onion sliced

1. Combine all ingredients
