Quick Manicotti
- 8 manicotti shells
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/4 lb.)
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. whole oregano
- Cook manicotti shells as directed. Rinse and drain. Saute beef and garlic; drain. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayo to skillet.
- Mix well and stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture.
- Arrange in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano and pour over manicotti. Sprinkle over with Parmesan. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
- Serves 8.
