Seafood Cumbo Recipe
- 2 pound med. shrimp, peeled and deviened
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 1 lg. lungini
- 1 pound crab legs
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pkg. frzn okra
- 2 warm peppers
- 1 teaspoon seafood season
- Cook onions and green peppers in oil, add in tomatoes or possibly pasta sauce.
- Fold in okra and other seasonings and warm peppers.
- Let stand on low flame for about 45 min so all ingredients will mix well together.
- Add in shrimps, lobster meat, lungini, crabmeat and crab legs.
- Serve over rice.
- Good on a cool Saturday afternoon or possibly evening to serve to guests.
