Seafood Cumbo Recipe

  1. Cook onions and green peppers in oil, add in tomatoes or possibly pasta sauce.
  2. Fold in okra and other seasonings and warm peppers.
  3. Let stand on low flame for about 45 min so all ingredients will mix well together.
  4. Add in shrimps, lobster meat, lungini, crabmeat and crab legs.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Good on a cool Saturday afternoon or possibly evening to serve to guests.
