Cheesy Chicken Simmer
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 7 min., turning after 4 min.
- Meanwhile, mix soup and Cheez Whiz until blended.
- Add broccoli to skillet.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli; simmer on medium heat 7 min.
- or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
- Serve over rice.
