Majestic Peanut Butter Cheesecake
- 1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 (10.8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Royal red strawberry topping
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and peanuts, stirring to mix.
- Add melted margarine, stirring to mix.
- Press mixture on bottom and up sides to top of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Place peanut butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and cream with electric beaters.
- Add cream cheese and beat at medium speed of electric mixer until thoroughly mixed.
