Homemade Lasagna Recipe

  1. Brown meat; drain excess fat.
  2. Add in next 5 ingredients and 1/2 c. water.
  3. Simmer for 15 min, covered.
  4. Stir often.
  5. Cook noodles; drain, rinse.
  6. Beat Large eggs; add in remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
  7. Layer half of noodles in large roasting pan; spread with half cottage cheese mix; add in half Mozzarella cheese and half meat sauce.
  8. Repeat.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min.
  10. Let stand 10 min before serving.
  11. Serves 8.
