Perfect Corn Bread Muffins Recipe

  1. Sift flour with sugar, baking pwdr and salt; stir in corn meal.
  2. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk and shortening.
  3. Beat with rotary or possibly electric beater till just smooth.
  4. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full or possibly pour into muffin liners.
  5. Bake in warm oven 425 degrees for 15-20 min.
