Genovese Sauce and Cheese Spring Rolls
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Genovese sauce
- 1 or more Sliced cheese (either melting or non-melting type)
- 2 Spring roll wrappers
- 1 Olive oil
- Cut the spring roll wrappers into 4.
- Cut the sliced cheese into 8 (use more if you like!

- Spread the spring roll wrappers and place on each a portion of cheese.
- Put a teaspoon of Genovese sauce on top of each.
- Brush the dissolved flour on both sides of the wrapper pieces (left and right sides in the photo) and fold the bottom up.

- Brush the dissolved flour on the top side and fold the bottom onto the top.
- This photo shows Step 5.
- Press gently both sides and the seam from Step 5 to stick.
- Repeat this to make 8 spring rolls.
- If you want to freeze them, arrange them without overlapping in a container and freeze.
- After they are frozen, put them into a resealable bag!
- You can cook them on a frying pan without thawing them!
- Heat a frying pan over a low-medium heat.
- Grease the pan with olive oil and arrange Step 7.
- Pan-fry until golden brown.
- After frying, place them on kitchen paper on a plate to drain the excess oil.
- Transfer to a serving dish and they're done!
