The 100 Cookies
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. soft margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- chocolate or butterscotch chips (optional)
- Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar; set aside.
- Mix together white and brown sugars, margarine, oil, egg, vanilla, Rice Krispies, coconut and oats.
- Blend in flour mixture.
- Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cool on pan a few minutes before removing.
