Negroni

• 2 ounces gin
• 1 ounce Campari
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• Orange twist, for garnish

1. Stir the gin, Campari and vermouth over ice until chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and then garnish with the orange twist.
