Country Skillet

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion in oil until onion is tender; drain.
  2. Combine the water, soup, basil, thyme, and pepper; add to skillet.
  3. Stir in the broccoli and mushrooms.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the rice.
  6. Cover and remove from the heat.
  7. Let stand for 5-7 minutes or until rice is tender.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
