Quick 'N Easy Pork Chop Simmer

  1. Mix barbecue sauce, dressing and mustard in glass dish until well blended.
  2. Remove 6 Tbsp.
  3. of the barbecue sauce mixture for later use.
  4. Add chops to remaining barbecue sauce mixture in dish; turn over to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
  5. Refrigerate 10 min.
  6. Cook chops in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  7. ; turn over.
  8. Add reserved barbecue sauce mixture and the carrots; cover.
  9. Cook 7 to 10 min.
  10. or until sauce is thickened and chops are cooked through (160 degrees F), stirring carrots occasionally.
  11. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.
  12. Serve with the chops.
