Time Saving Ginger Fried Pork (no marinating)
- 500 grams Pork pieces
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Grated ginger
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 as much (to taste) Shredded cabbage
- Coat a frying pan with some vegetable oil, and stir fry the pork.
- Pork pieces easily stick to the pan, so loosen with chopsticks as you cook.
- Just before the pork is cooked through, add the grated ginger, mirin, sake, and soy sauce.
- When the pork has been well coated, add the katakuriko slurry to thicken the sauce a little.
- Place the pork on top of the shredded cabbage and serve!
