Time Saving Ginger Fried Pork (no marinating)

  1. Coat a frying pan with some vegetable oil, and stir fry the pork.
  2. Pork pieces easily stick to the pan, so loosen with chopsticks as you cook.
  3. Just before the pork is cooked through, add the grated ginger, mirin, sake, and soy sauce.
  4. When the pork has been well coated, add the katakuriko slurry to thicken the sauce a little.
  5. Place the pork on top of the shredded cabbage and serve!
