Hamburger pepperoni mushroom spinach lasagna rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Start boiling a stock pot of water
  3. In frying pan add hamburger onion and garlic cook till meat is browned
  4. Drain grease from hamburger meat and place hamburger in mixing bowl
  5. Add 2 table spoons olive oil to frying pan and add sliced mushroom sautee when done add mushrooms to meat in bowl
  6. Add all of the ricotta cheese to the meat
  7. Add chopped spinach how ever much you like to the cheese and meat mixture
  8. Add how ever much mozzarella cheese your heart desires
  9. Mix all these ingredients together.
  10. And set aside
  11. Place 11 uncooked noodles in boiling water and cook till tender once done remove from water discard any that are not a full noodle
  12. Lay each whole noodle out and spread the mixture on the noodle leaving about an inch clear on one end of noodle
  13. Place cut pepperonis on top of mixture
  14. Roll middle toward the end that is empty
  15. Place lasagna roll in oiled oven safe glass dish seam side down
  16. Pour spaghetti sauce on top of each roll and top with mozzarella cheese
  17. Wrap with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes
  18. Remove foil and continue to bake in oven for 10 more minutes
  19. Remove from oven and serve
