Hamburger pepperoni mushroom spinach lasagna rolls
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 packages ricotta cheese
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- 1 packages sliced mushrooms
- 1 packages sliced pepperoni
- 1 spinach chopped
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Start boiling a stock pot of water
- In frying pan add hamburger onion and garlic cook till meat is browned
- Drain grease from hamburger meat and place hamburger in mixing bowl
- Add 2 table spoons olive oil to frying pan and add sliced mushroom sautee when done add mushrooms to meat in bowl
- Add all of the ricotta cheese to the meat
- Add chopped spinach how ever much you like to the cheese and meat mixture
- Add how ever much mozzarella cheese your heart desires
- Mix all these ingredients together.
- And set aside
- Place 11 uncooked noodles in boiling water and cook till tender once done remove from water discard any that are not a full noodle
- Lay each whole noodle out and spread the mixture on the noodle leaving about an inch clear on one end of noodle
- Place cut pepperonis on top of mixture
- Roll middle toward the end that is empty
- Place lasagna roll in oiled oven safe glass dish seam side down
- Pour spaghetti sauce on top of each roll and top with mozzarella cheese
- Wrap with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes
- Remove foil and continue to bake in oven for 10 more minutes
- Remove from oven and serve
