Wiener Sausage and Eggs in Oyster Sauce

  1. Finely chop the green onion and slice the sausages diagonally.
  2. Add sugar to the eggs and beat.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and make scrambled egg.
  4. Transfer to a plate (best if eggs haven't set).
  5. Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the sausages.
  6. When they have browned, turn down the heat, add oyster sauce and mix.
  7. Add the egg to the pan and cook.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle green onion and enjoy!
