  1. whist egg, evaporated milk, cayene pepper, nutmeg, and slat and pepper to taste in bowl.
  2. toss the grated cheeses in separate bowl
  3. bring a large pot of salted water to boil cook pasta al dente
  4. combine the egg mix and the grated cheeses in the empty pot and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until cheeses melt and sauce begins to thicken.
  5. stir in reserved 1/4 cup pasta water until creamy
  6. toss the pasta in the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  7. transfer to shallow casserole dish aned top with munster cheese slices.
  8. add breadcrumbs mixed with butter and briol for 5 minutes
