Grandma Speaks' Fruit Cobbler Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. peaches or possibly desired fruit
- 1/2 - 1 c. sugar
- Heat stick of butter in pan.
- Make batter of sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk.
- Pour batter over melted butter.
- Mix fruit and remaining 1/2 to 1 c. sugar and pour over batter.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour.
