Mocha Frosting

  1. Cream egg, cocoa powder and butter.
  2. Add the coffee and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add the icing sugar until desired consistency.
  4. I frosted a round cake and I have maybe 1 cup of leftover in the fridge.
