Wo Wo Tou Steamed Dumplings
- 250 grams Ground maize
- 100 grams Kinako
- 2 tbsp Skimmed milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
- 230 ml Water
- Mix all of the ingredients and form a ball.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide into 12 pieces.
- Form little round balls.
- Make a hole in the bottom of each ball with your thumb.
- Steam them for 15 minutes with the holes facing down.
- Then turn the heat off and leave for another 2 minutes with the lid on.
