Wo Wo Tou Steamed Dumplings

  1. Mix all of the ingredients and form a ball.
  2. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide into 12 pieces.
  4. Form little round balls.
  5. Make a hole in the bottom of each ball with your thumb.
  6. Steam them for 15 minutes with the holes facing down.
  7. Then turn the heat off and leave for another 2 minutes with the lid on.
