Herbed Horseradish Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

  1. Combine ingredients in a small nonreactive bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, as desired.
  3. (Can be made up to 1 day ahead, covered and refrigerated.)
  4. Serve with cooked and chilled shrimp.
