Easy Souffled Mushrooms Recipe
- 16 lg. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach souffle, thawed
- 8 teaspoon grated Cheddar cheese
- Paprika
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut out stems of mushrooms (save for future use).
- Heat butter in medium size skillet over medium heat.
- Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Place mushrooms in skillet cavity side down and cook till lightly browned, about 2-3 min, turning once.
- Place mushrooms cavity side up in a baking pan, fill each with 1 rounded Tbsp.
- of souffle, top with 1/2 tsp.
- cheese.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 20 min or possibly till souffle filling is puffy and set, about 20 min.
