Ginger Cream

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 13 c. confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 c. finely chopped crystallized ginger

1. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Beat in the ginger.
