Trinket's Roasted Beets
- 3 raw beets
- 8 ounces white wine
- Serve yourself a glass of wine.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a small baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Pop the unskinned beets into the pan and then into the oven.
- Roast for at least 1.5 hours, or until soft and almost squishy with wrinkling skins.
- Remove from the oven and when cooled a bit, skin them under running water so your hands don't get stained.
- Slice or serve whole.
- You can butter them or sprinkle with olive oil.
- Serve yourself another glass of wine with dinner, too!
