Mushroom Turkey Breast Crockpot

  1. Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet.
  2. Add the onions and msuhrooms and saute until the onions are beginning to soften.
  3. Add half of the onion and mushroom mixture to a 4 quart slow cooker.
  4. Add the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle with sage, salt, and pepper.
  6. Top with the remaining onion and mushroom mixture.
  7. Add the water.
  8. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
  9. Make sure that your slow cooker is at least half filled before cooking for best results.
