Summer Spritz
- 3 cups cran-raspberry juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- One 11.5-ounce can peach nectar
- Ginger ale
- Ice, for serving
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish, optional
- In a 1-gallon pitcher, combine the cran-raspberry juice, pineapple juice and peach nectar.
- Just before serving, add enough ginger ale to make 1 gallon.
- Serve over ice.
- Garnish with some pineapple wedges, if desired.
